Independent production and creative technology studio

Some ideas
need a film.
Others need
something
that
doesn’t
exist yet.

We produce films, prototype unfamiliar ideas and build the tools they need. If the method isn’t obvious, finding it is part of the job.

What we do

What you can
hire us for.

One part of the job or all of it. Each is scoped and priced on its own.

Post, VFX and CGI

Edit, VFX, CGI, cleanup, grade and sound, planned with our shoot or on footage you bring.

  • Edit, grade and sound
  • VFX, CGI and motion
  • AI-assisted cleanup and versions

Route studies

Not sure how to make it? We compare the routes that could work, with time, cost and risk, and recommend one.

  • The routes worth comparing
  • Time, cost and risk for each
  • A brief ready to price

Prototypes and tools

One part nobody has built yet? We build it small and test it before the full budget goes in.

  • A working demo or test rig
  • What counts as a pass, agreed first
  • A recommendation: build, change or stop

Why badada

The brief
decides
the
method.

A camera, code, a practical effect, CG, a generative model or a pencil: each belongs wherever it improves the result. Often that’s a conventional shoot.

  • Compared before it’s priced.

If a brief could be made more than one way, you see the routes and the one we’d pick before the estimate. If the route is clear, we skip that step.

  • Shoot, post and tools, planned together.

The edit, the VFX, the versions and a tool, if the idea needs one, are on the table from the first call, while the plan can still change.

  • One lead, brief to delivery.

The scope says who does what, and one lead is responsible for all of it, including the parts specialists deliver.

Where’s
the
hard
part?

Most briefs have one: a shot with no obvious rig, or a tool that has to survive launch day. Tell us about the job and we’ll say where we’d start. If there isn’t one, we’ll just make it.
